I have attempted to contact you threw this website and your Facebook page, the charm does not fit my authentic bracelet... There appears to be a defect on the inside preventing it from sliding on.. We have attempted o contact you several times on how to attain a refund. We are not happy!

This bead is very special. My mom passed away about six months ago and I wanted the bead to match the one I have for my dad who passed 13 years ago. I had no idea this bead was retired and searched for hours on the Internet. Lots of people had them in other birthstones but none for March I finally found one that was overpriced and was able to get the product number. I typed it in and viola there it was in your store priced properly! I am sad I lost my mom but find solace that my parents are together again.
